TEHRAN, March 2 - Foreign Minister Kamal Kharrazi, after his 4-day trip to Germany and Ireland, arrived in Tehran on Saturday morning. "During meetings with German and Irish officials, regional and international issues were discussed," he told reporters at Mehrabad airport.
