Teachers protest in Tehran

Thousands of teachers, academic staff and students took to the streets in Tehran to protest their deplorable conditions.
Protestors began their march from the Academic Club on Kashan avenue near Hor avenue (formerly Bagh-e Shah) and moved through the capital to Tehran University campus where Friday prayers are normally held. From there the demonstrators marched to Azadi Square (formerly Shahyad).
